Innocent movement like checking your cellphone, bends your head and put unnecessary tension in the neck, the shoulders and even the spine. This could develop a pain that can influence the quality of our life, the mental concentration and even the sleep. This class will help you to gently release the muscle tension and stiffness in the shoulders, neck and upper zone of the back.

Димитринка Кръстева е сертифициран йога инструктор RYT200H към International Yoga Alliance, както и Yin Yoga инструктор. Йогата навлиза в живота й през 2000г., но започва да я практикува сериозно през 2015г. Sanders is the first English speaking teacher to join the online platform of Yoga Vibe. He has extensive experience in teaching yoga, movement and breathwork. Originally from Burkina Faso, Sanders teaches in a flow style, accessible for everyone, while simultaneously providing space for personal growth and development.
